My indoor/outdoor, semi-greenhouse room had a leaking greenhouse roof and it is impossible to get a greenhouse roof fixed apparently.  I had it re-caulked several times, but it would always fail. 
Finally I decided to put on a real roof and use skylights to get light in the area.
I called NW Roofcare and they did it promptly and with the same price as another estimate that I had from another company.

I contacted NW Roof Care and Construction to give me a bid on some roof repairs, venting and roof cleaning. I called the main number and they put me in contact with Philameno(sorry, not sure how to spell his name) who came out to take a look at the roof and give me a quote. He was very thorough and gave us suggestions of things we should do to preserve the life of the roof and how to vent it properly. We had just purchased a rental property that needed a few repairs. I went ahead and hired them to do the work and they showed up on time and were very professional cleaned up very well after they were finished.
I ended up hiring them again to clean the roof and gutters of our own home and they did a great job. 
I would hire them again and recommend them to a friend for roof repair and cleaning!

They came out to give me the quote on Oct 19th.  The price was right in line with what I had expected to pay and I felt very good about things, so I called the next day and left a message indicating I wanted to move forward.  I never heard back, so I called again the following week, and left another message. Finally after two weeks (and I was starting to get nervous about having said yes to their doing the work), I called a third time and spoke with a lady (Kathy, maybe?) who tracked down the bid - it had inadvertently been left in the guy's truck.  So she had the team out to clean and repair the roof the very next morning.

A team of three guys came to do the work, they arrived promptly in the morning, and got right to it.  One thing I noticed that I really liked, they were wearing all the proper safety equipment, harnesses and cleats and such, for working on a steep and slick cedar roof.  It took them awhile as we have about 1400 sq ft roof.  As they progressed, I saw that there was dirt/debris on the neighbors' home, unavoidable due to their proximity and the spray from the water.  I talked to one of the guys who assured me they would take care of it.

I left before they were done, but when I returned, they had finished, cleaned up the yard from all dirt/debris and washed the neighbor's house as promised.

We had to wait for a dry day to apply the treatment and that happened the the first or second week of Jan.  A lady named Amanda called me beforehand to schedule the time and another team of 3 guys showed up right when she said they would.  They did have a few additional repairs to make (I didn't realise that the first team hadn't been able to finish that) and since I wasn't aware of that, I questioned it, and the guy called the other team to make sure.    (I was a little worried that this would cost more since they were using more bundles than had been quoted)

They finished repairs and applying the copper and again cleaned up the yard.  A week later I got the bill and it was right in line with what I'd been quoted, which was a pleasant surprise considering they did have to use another bundle or two than the estimate had included.

Aside from the initial communication mishap (and sometimes that happens to the best of us), I am very pleased with their work and with the way this transaction went.

Communication with this company was excellent. They were punctual, efficient, and finished the job as promised. The roof looks beautiful and , as a side bonus, when they cleaned up and hauled away the debris from the old roof, they also cleaned the abundant leaves that were on my deck! I will definitely use them to maintain my roof in the future (they provide this service, as well).

They showed up on time Thursday, June 16 and completed the job on the afternoon of June 17.  The workmen worked efficiently with a high level of craftsmanship.  I've built my own home in the past so I know what it takes to do a roof properly.  The job site was left in immaculate condition which is another "A" for this company and its commitment to such cleanup post project.   

It was excellent. I have never seen a contractor keep a work area so tidy and neat. I am so impressed. They were very good! Their prices were also competitive.They came when they said they would and finished when they said they would!

He arrived on time and was very thorough and professional.

We had a really bad winter in the Northwest in the last year and I was concerned about it. Northwest Roof Care & Construction gave me an estimate for the work that had to be done. Dan was the guy who came out and he spent a lot of time in inspecting the roof. I thought he had an accident since he didn't come down for a long time. However, he had done a very thorough inspection and he basically noted a couple of minor problems. Some of the problems were age related and others were from the way it was originally installed, as it's a 19 year old roof. He outlined exactly as to what was wrong so that it was minor and the condition of the roof was okay overall. He would have been happy to sell me a new roof, but if I had addressed those problems which he mentioned, then I could probably continue with the same roof for another couple of years. That was great, as it would have cost me a lot to put in a new roof and I could save in this way. Northwest Roof Care & Construction is a great company. Dan was very thorough and he then turned me over to his scheduler guy. The work would have fit in since it was a small job. I also had Dan give me a quote to replace a couple of skylights for me. I agreed to the quote and the skylights had to be ordered and it was kind of a small job. The skylights were weather dependent too. So, I dealt with the scheduler and he was great as well. I really knew as to what was going on all the time. He was very considerate of calling me about a time slot that he was thinking would work for me. There was a delay on the skylights coming in and we had everything shipped over. He was really great about that and I had worked with other contractors before where I had no idea of what was going on. So, he was fabulous. The quality of the work done was good, as the roof hasn't leaked and I haven't gone up to look at the roof. I would call them back when it's time to install the new roof.

They climbed up with materials, fixed the leak and then went all over the roof looking for any other trouble. When they left the foreman told me the condition of my roof and suggested ways to solve them. No pressure. I asked him and he told me.

They did what they said they would do, at the price they said they would do it. They showed up on time. They did a good job at communicating with me.

I found this experience very positive. They got here and got the job done and then they were gone and I am very happy with the results. I would hire them again.

I called the company and they agreed to replace the shingle. They couldn't schedule me because it was too small of a job, but assured me they would get it done and I didn't need to be home. More than a week went by and it still wasn't done. I called again and they came out that day to match the roof shingle, the next day they did the repair. I think they are a really busy company and they told me they squeezed the small jobs in between the big jobs.

Showed up for inspection on time; provided good quotation and explanation.

Assessment, estimate and repair went quickly and smoothly. Company rep (sorry, don't remember name, but may have been company owner) inspected roof the day I called, and repair was completed the next day. He even gave us a bit of a break over their minimum charge because the job was relatively small.

They arrived early on a Saturday morning and got right to work. Their pressure washer was on a trailer so the noise was quite minimal. They wasted no time and were very good about cleaning up the debris afterward. They were very pleasant and professional. Very excellent work done.

Very well. They came the day after I called, called me as soon as they were outside my house, and matched the roofing material. They were very polite. From what I can see the job is well done. I have had no leakage in my garage this recent rain.

They came out on the weekend to fix our roof because rain was expected on Monday. They did an excellent job.

THEY ARE A VERY BUSY COMPANY, SO WHEN I FIRST CALLED I HAD TO BE PERSISTENT TO GET MY NAME ON THE LIST OF REPAIR ESTIMATES IN A TIMELY FASHION. HOWEVER, ONCE THEY HAD MY WORK ORDER THEIR PEOPLE WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, CALLED IF THEY WERE RUNNING BEHIND, AND FOLLOWED THROUGH RESPONSIBLY. THE ESTIMATOR KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, WAS OBVIOUSLY EXPERIENCED, AND THE WORKMEN WERE BOTH EXPERIENCED AND COURTEOUS. THEY PUT AN EMPHASIS ON DOING THINGS "THE RIGHT WAY", AND NOT TAKING SHORTCUTS. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
