I had all my window sills painted a shade of white to match the new shutters that were installed yesterday. It was a leap of faith given the $$$ investment I'd made for both processes. Turned out fine for both. I rated 4 only because the other two parts of my project aren't done yet and involve a second coat of paint on the exterior and staining the front door, both of which depend on favorable weather.
