My friend had a really bad experience with them. They threatened her tenants. The gals was saying well, they are our tenants, not your tenants, so she was really afraid if she fired them she would lose her tenants. She had a guy that she was using forever for fixing up the house and all this other stuff. So, she got a hold of the tenants and said this is the guy I want you to use. Then they found out about it because he accidentally told them and next thing you know they were threatening him. He thought he was going to be kicked out of the house by them. They were effecting us and they were really effecting my friend and that's what upset me. We had to go over there. We had a cease and desist and it took forever to get the money back. Because of their advisorial it put the tenants on edge and they wouldn't talk to her, who owned the house. We called them the management Nazis because they were literally yelling at the tenants. It took 6 months to get them off the billing.
