Northwest best Renovation

I did not end up hiring Northwest Best Renovations due to their lack of professionalism. When they came to my home, they were just generally dirty. They did not remove their shoes when they came into my home, tracking dirt everywhere they went, and they smelled like cigarettes and alcohol. I needed a handyman because this is a new home and we have several fix-it type things that needed done and they had no regard for keeping my home as clean as they found it. In addition to their appearance and smell, they were very unprofessional when I brought them into my home to show them what they needed done. They snooped around my home rather than following me so that I could show them the projects. Also, when they emailed my a quote, it was just a typed out number. No official documentation or information was provided. I would never hire a company with a lack of professionalism to this degree. They also could not perform all of the work that I needed done, which is fine, however they quoted me $500 which is well over what the company that I did end up hiring quoted me for completing ALL of the work that I needed done.
