Deck Maintenance
He came out the first day inspected it, said he "he could fix it no problem". When he came out to do the work, he skipped steps in the process, and did the whole deck in one day. The paint started to bubble up the very next day. He returned my call the following day, and then came out the 10th. He said that he would take care of it and repaint the railings, and that he would be in the 21st to repair and repaint. I called him the 22nd and he didnt return my call. I then called him again, and then he said that he would come back out the following Sunday and he hasn't shown up.
