Not really sure why you need to drive 55/60 mph through a residential area when it’s clearly posted the speed limit is 25 mph with people crossing the streets. This is who you have representing your company?

We are extremely satisfied with the work New Vista did in our basement. They were quick to call us back, worked around our schedule for a quote and quoted us a fair price. The whole crew was polight and professional. The completed work is great craftmanship and exceeded our expectations.

I was concerned about inviting contractors to inspect my crawlspace and make recommendations - I mean, I've never been down there and they could tell me anything, dreaming up a scenario that required expensive mitigation. One of the New Vista owners (didn't catch whether it was Christian or Sam) called me back right after my inquiry to make an appointment. He was on time for the appt and very professional. He did a thorough inspection under my house and told me he was quite surprised that we did not have water problems! We've been having tons of rain, and he said if we didn't have water under there now, we probably don't need to worry about it. He didn't charge me a thing for his time even though I offered. I'll definitely call New Vista if something else comes up that they specialize in!

New vista did an A+ job, installing french drain under my house and installing sump pump. Price was fair for the amount of work they do. On time, worked tell finish, and cleaned up as though they were never there. Also thousands less than the companies that advertise. I easily recommend them to friends and family.

They removed all of the debris and falling insulation and replaced the existing vapor barrier. They were professional and took care of covering my hardwood floors where they walked. All work was explained to me.

Sam and his crew were one of the most professional contractors I have ever dealt with.What they promised they delivered and were scrupulously tidy , punctual and always kept me posted on all aspects of the work.I would recommend them for any type of work they specialize in .The work was dirty , back breaking work involving 2 to 3 feet high crawl space clean out and install of new drains , gravel , pumps and tarps . All completed with no complaints in very high temperatures. They also came back a few days later to complete additional work not in original scope of proposal.No extra cost was charged A first class outfit.
