One of the New Vista owners (didn't catch whether it was Christian or Sam) called me back right after my inquiry to make an appointment. He was on time for the appt and very professional. He did a thorough inspection under my house and told me he was quite surprised that we did not have water problems! We've been having tons of rain, and he said if we didn't have water under there now, we probably don't need to worry about it. He didn't charge me a thing for his time even though I offered.
I'll definitely call New Vista if something else comes up that they specialize in!
They also came back a few days later to complete additional work not in original scope of proposal.No extra cost was charged
