About us

Owner operated = I do all the work myself and control the quality. Free estimates. Smaller jobs balance is due on completion. Larger jobs 1/2 is due on the day I start. If you are not completely satisfied just pay for the materials and the job is free. I have lots of references. I take check or cash. No job is to small. If you are fixing your house to sell, maximize your potential. I have my General Contractors License so i can legally do other things, but only what I am comfortable with.

Great. He explained my 'bonded' leather sofa is really not real leather, but he could still patch it just great. He quoted one price to me via email and after seeing it reduced it slightly. Unfortunately I had tried to repair it a week or two ago and made it worse. He said he could not comfortably charge me the quoted price because it will not look perfect because what I did earlier. That said, anyone who comes to my home can not easily detect it is patched. I would highly recommend him. I have attached a picture that shows a irregularity on right side of couch because I used super glue that hardened the underneath material of the bonded leather. If I hadn't most likely it would have been undetectable.

Very responsive. Returned my call almost immediately. He was out in about an hour to look at job, gave me a quote (excluding tax). Scheduled it. Came back when scheduled. Professionally went about restoring wall. It looks very nice. He cleaned the area after. Gave me instructions on when to paint/replace wall plates, etc. He was personable and easy to work with. I would definitely hire again and recommend to others.
