They sent a technician out who was able to fix it very quickly as there was just a short in the system and also installed a window censor for no charge! They were professional, friendly, courteous and did a great job.

The service has gone well. There were promises made by the salesman that ended up not being in the package but in the company stood by the promise. So in the end everything was alright.

My experience has been good. The rep was good at explaining things during the appt. and with follow through after the appointment. The company was good with communications - especially good at getting back to me when I asked questions. The installation didn't take as much time as I thought it would. The online monitoring features are great. I have been very happy and have had a lot more peace of mind with this system in my home.

I felt pressured into the sale. They locked me into a contract for about five years. The salesman reassured me I was getting a great deal because the equipment was free. However, I am paying fifty dollars a month for the next five years. There is also no guarantee that if the system stops working I can get out of the contract. I feel it was very misleading.

I Had the best experience with someone coming to my door.
A salesman knocked on my door last month asking to put a sign in my yard. I've always been hesitant to answer my door to anyone but they caught me as I was walking to my car. Being cautious and hesitant I have to say I don't think i was exactly the most gracious to them initially. This young gentleman was clean cut and most polite. Like I said before, I don't usually do deals by someone at my door, but he had a good point. I have a family to protect and that I have done. I did my research after he left just to make sure and found this really is a great deal- but most importantly- the service has sold this whole deal for me. The installer was prompt, polite and cleanly presented. He was friendly but straight to the point. He educated me on the purposes of each spot of the alarm they were putting in. He took the time for each of my family to show us how to use it and when he left I have to say- I've used it everyday and night since. There's been no flaws with the system and the monitoring station has been prompt when calling me after my son opened the door accidentally. I've received an "assurance" call from them since asking if everything is to my liking and if there was anything I need. She was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. I would recommend again and again.

The company was in the neighborhood installing systems and sent reps into the area to inform the neighbors about the company and their affiliation with the police department in reducing the number of false alarms and cost of them to the city. The rep. was very polite and not pushy, she explained all of the services in detail but simply. Also because they had installers in the area they could put the system in that day or any day we would like, she was not pushy about putting it in that day. All of the billing and monitoring fees were explained and reflected in the paperwork. We decided to replace the outdated system we had and she all of the paperwork and verification done within 45 min of meeting with her. The installer was at our door, as requested within 30 min of the paper signing. He was polite, professional and cleaned up after himself. He helped us understand the controls and how the system works. After the installation he verified the system worked and that the monitoring service was active. To conduct the survey for service we use the company phone while he put away his tools away. We didn’t feel pressured in any way at any time it was a very pleasant experience.The intallation and verification time was about 45 minutes.
