They put a clearly defective new screen on my iPhone, which only had cracked glass. After 'repair', touchscreen was failing intermittently (unusable) and a red line would occasionally flash on the screen. Called within an hour to let them know, they said bring it right back in. Next morning, I brought it in and asked that they simply put a different screen in since they clearly had a defective part. Wouldn't even consider it unless I did a full factory reset. Nick used the phone and said it was fine, said customers lie all the time. I watched him have to tap 3-4 times on some items. It was working better but the problems are intermittent. What would I gain by lying? Not asking for a refund or a new phone. Phone was not damaged, they just put in a defective screen.
