+ -1 moreThe rates are very reasonable. He is charging only $40 for the follow up visits. We were looking for someone to cleanup and then come out on a regularly basis once a month. I didn’t dislike anything about him. The gentleman was very courteous, polite and friendly. He had a crew of two that he brought to do the initial cleanup. They were fast and efficient.
