They were efficient, on time and pointed out some problems we have in the house. They were good and i would have them back.

I kind of feel like I was being overcharged, but it was an emergency and I didn't really look around because water was spewing everywhere.

The people that lived here before used them so we continued to use them as well. They were hear all day, it was just one guy. He left the area clean.

Again, no complaints about Ken. He doesn't set the prices. But $400 for labor? Ken even answered a few additional questions. I give him an A++
