I’ve been using them since 2003 and they put up with me. I had the cat with the liver cancer, then I had the 2 dogs with heart disease, and the one dog got lung cancer along with that. I had 2 other Pomeranians and then I had a puppy. I was in a nursing home for a month then came out of the nursing home with complications from the surgery. The nursing home wanted me to get rid, the dog had to be boarded the whole time. They boarded her and long story short, I couldn't keep her, and I was distraught. They worked with me, they worked with me, they put me in touch with a place that rehomed animals and it was just awesome. In other words, as good of an experience of giving up a dog that you love can be, they made it that way. When I had these three dogs, two of which was very sick and I had to board them. They would put these dogs in their isolation hospital and give them free run of the hospital, so that they weren’t getting in touch with other dogs. That’s pretty darn good. They have had different vets over this long period of time, everyone that I have dealt with has been good.

I do remember that the cost wasn't that expensive. It was pretty reasonable for getting teeth cleaned and everything. They put in under anesthesia. They love what they do and they love my animals just as much as I love them.

The staff from the doctors to the technicians were very kind and sympathetic for our lost. I couldn't have asked for a better provide. Dr. Patete was very realistic on my cat health and condition. I appreciate her honesty. This is the second provider we seen at the clinic since transferring my animals care to them. I absolutely made the right choice to pick Mountain View Veterinary Hospital for my remaining three animals. I highly recommend them.

We drive quite a distance to get here because we trust them so much.

I've used their services for three years. They are very readily available for communication. Everything is spot on, when you are in healthcare you just don't want to have any doubts that nothing happens and everything is concise.

Excellent service at a fair price

I have been using them almost a year. They are very reasonable. They are really friendly, it is easy to make appointments, and I have seen different doctors at different times, and they are all good. They are very thorough all the time. They do boarding,and they are just great. I referred my picky friend to them, and she likes them.

They are very nice, prompt, and they tell you what your animal needs and not what they want to sell you. I'm very impressed with them. Their prices seem reasonable. They are very knowledgeable and very courteous.

Every time I take my dogs in, it has been a great experience.

They are the BEST!!! I have been working with them since 2003. In that time I've had 6 pets, so I get in to see them a great deal. They take really good care of your animals, no matter what the situation. It is a husband and wife setup, he does the larger animals and she takes care of the small ones. I am always impressed by the amount of knowledge they have and how willing they are to work with you, whatever your situation may be. In almost 10 years of going here, they have not lost a bit of the personal, professional touch I keep going back for. They recently had a lot of shifting of staff and I think that the service has suffered as a result of Dr. Palina and Dr. Meyer being gone. They tend to be a bit higher in price than other vets in the area but it's worth it to me.

The founding vets are Thomas F and Jean L. Meyer. Thomas does large animals, Jean does small animals. They have several other vets. Both Drs Meyer trained at the vet school at Washington State University in Pullman, WA, a highly regarded school. The doctors I have worked with there are of the highest quality. Once in my experience that included knowing what to do with a situation by the book but knowing the problems with that and being wise enough and experienced enough to deviate from by the book. This was a case where my Pomeranian was bitten in the neck by a pit bull. It went fine. I will continue using them to care for my animals.

Prior to that they diagnosed my cat with a melanoma in her eye. After the cat died, the vet who had primarily been working with her made a donation in the name of the cat to the vet school at WSU. The day the cat died, the vet came in to express her condolences to me. When they knew my cat would lose her eye, the vets were incredibly supportive. I have left, rarely, my pets there to be boarded. They come back really happy and looking really well cared-for. Everyone at this place seems to like both me and my pets. They work with me for the best interests of the pet.
