Mountain View Fencing

BEWARE: We chose Pete and his team to build us a small fence on the side of the house. The fence was built, but not placed as agreed. In good faith, we have tried to work with him to find a compromise or a solution and he has stopped responding to emails. Recognizing he has a small business, we still paid the balance -albeit with a note on the check that payment did not indicate work was accepted - because we trusted that Pete was a good guy and would work with us. However, it appears we misjudged him. After waiting weeks for responses to emails, the only substantive response he had given was to offer us $300 to find someone to get it fixed ourselves. We don’t want money. We just wanted the fence that we contracted with him to build - in the right place.

Pete Riedel and his team were prompt to respond to our request for an estimated cost and followed through with high quality work. Over the course of the two days' work, they arrived at the agreed upon time. Pete and his team were polite and respectful. We are very pleased with their work and integrity and most certainly will hire them for future work as needed.

Perfect! They responded on the same day as my inquiry. they came out to look at my fence after work. I got a quote as promised the next day. The price was very good. I called the big 4 fence companies in Vancouver and was not impressed. One wouldn't come out unless I committed to buy before they gave me and estimate. You can't go wrong with Mountain View.
