Mountain View Carpet Care

My carpet is cleaner than it has ever been. I had Pet stains for years that other cleaners couldnt remove, Mt View Carpet Care was able to get the stains out and 3 months later the spots are still gone. I am very impressed with everything about the company. I will only use Mt View from here on.

Carpet's hadn't been cleaned in several years, and by the 'look' weren't too bad. That was deceiving..as the before and after result was amazing. He used a cool new tool that pulled out stuff deep in the carpet. Originally scheduled for 2pm, he had a cancellation and asked if he could switch to noon. Perfect for me. He was on time, very professional and personable and did a great job. Don't be deceived by only a few reviews here. His price is right and you won't be disappointed in his work!

Everything was just fine. It did not appear dirty and it did smell better when they left. They were nice and on time. I think the price was fair. They were there and they did their job.

Arrived on time with all the tools needed. Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Carpet was well cleaned.

My stairs were really dirty as well as the other main rooms. Was able to get all of the stains except a few fruit juice stains (I have little ones). The carpet looked like new. He even arrived a little early (I have waited for hours for other people before).

Very Fast services and very friendly staff, the stains disappeared and stayed gone.

RICH GRINDLAND SHOWED UP 15 MINUTES EARLY. WAS VERY NICE, WELL GROOMED AND SEEMED TO KNOW ALLOT ABOUT HIS WORK. I WAS QUICKLY IMPRESSED BY HIS GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR AND THAT HE PUT BOOTIES ON HIS SHOES BEFORE COMING IN MY HOME, VERY RESPECTFUL. HIS TRUCK AND EQUIPMENT WERE VERY CLEAN AND IMPRESSIVE LOOKING. HE DID THE JOB IN ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF AND FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER MY CARPETS WERE DRY THE SAME DAY AND LOOKED REMARKABLE. MY PERMANENT PET STAIN BY MY BACK DOOR IS FINALLY GONE. I WILL BE USING HIS SERVICE IN THE FUTURE AND WILL NEVER THINK TWICE TO REFER HIM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS. I WAS TAKEN BACK BY HIS HONESTY TOO IN SAYING THAT HE OFFERS ADDITIONAL SERVICES SUCH AS STAIN GUARD BUT LET ME KNOW MY CARPET WAS A LITTLE TOO OLD TO BOTHER DOING IT. I NOW KNOW MORE ABOUT CARPET THAN I EVER WANTED BUT IT WAS VERY REFRESHING TO NOT HAVE SOMEONE COME IN MY HOME TRYING TO PUSH STUFF ON ME THAT I DON'T WANT OR NEED.
