NOT RECOMMENDED. We were referred to him as a 'family' friend. Todd was a fast talker and didn't seem to want to take the time to explain things to my husband and me. At the time we went to close, we were told that the closing costs were much higher than the documents Todd sent to us. When I called him, and asked why he didn't explain that the documents he sent to us didn't include the second mortgage costs, he stated he was 'not legally obligated' to disclose this to us! I was outraged! After confronting him on this (having been a 'family' friend you'd think he'd tell us this!) he actually yelled at me on the phone and was so irate, I hung up on him. Don't go through the hassle and stress we did...bypass this company all together!

As first time home buyers, Rick really helped educate us on the process while not letting us get overwhelmed. He was great with communication and keeping us updated every step of the way. And when it came time to make an offer and eventually move forward with the purchase, Rick worked with our realtor to make sure everything went through seamlessly and on time. We closed in less than 30 days without any hiccups. We also had lots of questions along the way (as a first time buyers) and Rick was able to address everyone, keeping us well informed of our options.

Rick is wonderful to work with. He's professional, courteous, and always available to talk to. He went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me sell my existing home (which I did FSBO), offering assistance wherever he could. He made an otherwise stressful experience, pleasurable. Rick, see you again when I buy my next home!

Rick was always available to speak to us and always offered sound advice. Our refi was handled professionally and quickly. It was my first experience with anything of this nature, and Rick was awesome. I would recommend him again and again because he really went above and beyond for us.
