As first time home buyers, Rick really helped educate us on the process while not letting us get overwhelmed. He was great with communication and keeping us updated every step of the way. And when it came time to make an offer and eventually move forward with the purchase, Rick worked with our realtor to make sure everything went through seamlessly and on time. We closed in less than 30 days without any hiccups. We also had lots of questions along the way (as a first time buyers) and Rick was able to address everyone, keeping us well informed of our options.
