Great! quick and easy to drop off.

No trouble getting an appointment for him to come to the house. However he was so busy the appointment was some time out. He came on time and was very efficient and mower has worked well since he fixed it.

He was very kind/helpful and showed me all he was doing so I could learn from him,

My >10yr rider needed some TLC, more than I thought. The Doc came in and fixed numerous things while the oil was draining and replaced the drive belt. He had to take the deck to his shop to weld some worn supports, which took a week; granted it is the spring busy season. These sort of service companies are my favorite: going above the ask. I'll be calling him again for the next tune-up.

Tom responded same day to email request for future service. Accommodated my schedule and was very friendly and professional. Explained rationale for needed repairs that made sense. Convenience of having him come to my home to do the repair work was well worth the cost of the service. Gave me a two hour window to do the service and called about an hour before the service time to see if he could come a bit earlier, which worked fine for my schedule.

Victoria was easy to work with in regard to scheduling, and Tom was great as a repairman.  He was on time, courteous, very  professional, and got the job done.  I would recommend him to others, and I would definitely call him again if we need another tune up on our mower.  I liked that he came to our house so that we did not have to figure out a way to get our mower to a repair shop.

MLD was great.  I emailed a request for fixing a gas lawn edger that wouldn't start.  First spot on the schedule was a couple of weeks out.  Got an email a week later that an opening had come up so I took it.  Tom was great in fixing the problem (carburetor) and didn't mind me watching and asking questions. Also had him change the oil in the edger and the mower..All done in a bit over an hour.

Tune up  for both mowers.  Replaced badly corroded fuse that was hidden behind the battery. 
Our schedule was flexible so Tom was able to come out right away.  His fee was very reasonable considering the time spent.
We used Sears repair service when our mowers were under warranty and were not as happy with them.   After experiencing Tom exceptional work, we will never use anyone else.

He was very professional and very pleasant.  He gave me exceptional advice on keeping my lawnmower maintained in order to have my lawnmower working well for many years.  I initially ordered a tune up, but I also needed a new battery.  I will continue to call him for my lawnmower maintenance.

What a wonderful service. The push mower had not been used for 2 years and now works like a charm. Tom came out on time and spent about an hour going over it. What a pleasure not to haul a mower into a repair shop! I will definitely use him in the future.

This company is on top of their business which I appreciate.  It started with the easy way of going online and putting in your order.  The Lawnmower Doctor was knowledgeable and did more than I thought for example, sharpened the blade.  They are reasonably priced too.
The only thing I would hope for is they perhaps train in more people.  Originally they couldn't get me in for over a week but they squeezed me in within 48 hours of my order.

He was great! It was fabulous! The price was quite fair. I don't remember it being anything that was surprising. In fact, it was surprisingly low compared to what it would have been if I had to drag the thing down somewhere else. I have recommended him to others.

He arrived on time, worked on tractor out of back of van, when it was time to review belts, he showed me status and projected remaining life for both.  Given cost of having someone come back out to replace them later, I decided to replace them both.  I waited a month to do a review because I wanted to see how it was mowing after the service.  It is working well and definitely the best sharpening job we have had in a while.

Great service. On time. Took about an hour to thoroughly service and clean our mulching mower.
