The actual job itself took an entire work day to complete. When finished, the door looked like it had always been hung there, although it opened and closed more smoothly than any other door in the house.
Bill is very personable and intelligent, willing to take the time necessary to explain what needs to be done, how and why. Moreover, he is a true craftsman who takes a great deal of pride in his work. It definitely shows in the finished product.
In the future he will be the first person I call for any work I need to have done. He is highly recommended.

Bill was very responsive and helped us sort through and prioritize the work to be done.   After initially scheduling the work we experienced an unexpected faux pas which caused an unplanned delay in starting the work.  Bill bent over backwards to accommodate us and work around our schedule even with the difficulty of the season and somewhat inconvenient location.  Even with the delay and weather problems he was able to complete the work within the hoped for time line.  He was very professional, collaborative and he did excellent work for us at a very reasonable rate.

Bill was very thorough in his quote and very,meticulous in his work. Bill was insightful and thorough in pre-project planning. he was flexible and dependable in his scheduling. High quality performance and fairness/honesty in cost. Bill worked very hard to get the job done on time and he always left the work area clean. Bill has previously put in a deck for us, and did an upstairs bathroom and French doors and a French slider.

Bill was meticulous on the preparation of the surface to be tiled. He worked with me patiently to create a tile pattern that was elegant, simple, and functional. He cleaned up every day, and showed up as agreed. He did it right the first time, even with our crazy schedule.

On the tile,He worked with me to create a simple yet elegant work surface patten, then skillfully installed the tile accordingly. He showed up when he said he would and cleaned up every day. He installed the door and made it fit and work right even though it is a non-standard opening and a re-purposed door. The work was done with attention to detail. Bill is meticulous and takes pride in doing it right.
