Very Disappointing Experience with MCA Power Washing I hired MCA Power Washing to clean the exterior of my home ? including the brick and vinyl siding, roof (for moss treatment), and windows. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and caused several issues that were not resolved to my satisfaction. 1. No notification of bleach use: At no point prior to scheduling the services was I informed that bleach was being used in their cleaning products. I received the information AFTER the cleaning. 2. Refused to provide MSDS 3. Property damage caused by bleach including stained wood, painted doors and a metal cabinet. 4. Poor quality cleaning: The windows were left streaked and with strange white stains, likely from bleach residue. 5. Unacceptable dispute handling: When I raised these concerns, the company?s response was to ask me to sign a document that would prohibit me from posting a negative review ? instead of taking responsibility or offering a resolution.

They were when they said they would be. 2 young guys. Cleaned up when they were done. Very polite. Recommended them to a neighbor.

Mark did exactly as he promised, he was prompt and courteous and quick. Very hard-working. His price was lower than other bidders, but he did the same core job that the others were offering. He'll be the first one I call the next time I need this done. No regrets at all. (I have a lot of trees on my property, so needing it done again is no slight on the job Mark did.)

Mark did a terrific job on our roof. Very thorough, and he cleaned up the area flawlessly. He is responsive and highly professional. My neighbor immediately hired him and is also pleased with Mark’s work. We have both booked him for gutter cleaning and holiday light installation in November.
