I was very impressed with Matrix. From their punctuality, neatness and overall quality of work it was a top-knotch operation. They started on the appointed day and time and finished within their estimate of both time and price. They worked quickly and efficiently, completing the (big) job in just a few days. There was a break in the weather so they took advantage of it and even worked over the weekend! I would highly recommend Matrix for a quality job, honest dealings and good pricing.

I called and spoke with Joe who happened to be close by and offered to come right over and look at our roof. He was here in about 15 minutes. One of his employees inspected the roof and took pictures of the problem on his phone so I could see and understand the problem, which was very helpful. They gave me their honest assessment, even though it meant that a repair didn't need to be done immediately. I would definitely hire them to do the repair in the future.

Only thing I would add would be to make sure every window that does not have eaves should be covered with tarp or plywood.

Joe's crew carefully removed (and disposed of) the old roof. They installed the new roof and replaced 2 old skylights. They took extra care of all the plantings and fish pond that were close to the house. I am recommending them to all my neighbors!

They were great. We had no issues with them. We got them from Angie's list. They were professional. They were able to do the repair the next day. They were very responsive. The price was good.

Contacted them through the list by e-mail. Joe came over and gave am estimate including the cost per sheet of plywood if replacement was needed. He found a seem in the weather and finished the job before the next storm. We are very with the job. Joe alsod in arranged for a gutter contractor to replace and install new gutters. Both price and quality are great.

The work was great. They were on-time and very polite. They covered the bushes under the roof. When my children were home they interacted with them very well and when the job was done they went through and used a metal detector to check for any nails or staples that landed in the yard.

.Joe and his crew worked from dawn to dusk. Incredible work ethic, hardly stopping for lunch. They did the job in 2 days. Amazing. If it weren't for the flat roof, they could have finished in 1 day. They did a great job in protecting the plants around the house by covering them with tarps and afterwards cleaning up the debris especially the nails. Whenever there was a decision to be made, Joe presented the options with their consequences to me and left the decision up to me. Joe has lots of experience and knowledge. He is easy to talk to and a good listener. I would definitely call on him again and refer him to others who are seeking a roofer they can trust; one who is knowledgeable and skilled. Joe and his crew inspired me to work hard and do a thorough job.

Working with Joe has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. His new roof estimate was very reasonably priced. I had many questions for him and he always responded within a few hours. The times we scheduled to meet in-person, he was always on time, sometimes even a few minutes early. The day the crew arrived, they were also on-time and worked all day hoping to get the new roof done that day. They ran into some unexpected issues from poor work that had been done previously by a separate gutter company and those repairs set them back about half a day. They returned the next morning (on time) and finished the roof by noon. Joe honored the original bid even though the crew put in several hours extra for the unexpected repairs. I am extremely impressed with Joe and his crew and highly HIGHLY recommend his services.

I got Maxtrix Roofing from the monthly catalog that comes out. Joe was the first person I called and after talking to him, I gave him my business and didn't bother calling anyone else. He didn't have to come out for an estimate, I told him what I needed, he gave me a price and asked what color the roof was. We made an appointment for the following Tuesday. It turned out that Joe couldn't make it and he called me and asked if I would mind if he came first thing in the morning. I told him I wouldn't be home and he said it didn't matter. He made the repairs and emailed me the invoice for excatly the price we had discussed. He did an excellent job.

Joe's crew did a good job, came in at the estimated price, and did the job within the time frame expected (allowing for weather). They did a good job cleaning up afterward (much appreciated). Joe's bid was not the lowest bid but was on the lower end, within 3%. I went with Joe because of his Angie's list reviews and am pleased that I did. Joe is a nice guy to work with, he returns calls and emails within expectation (again much appreciated).

Joe Marvin of Matrix Roofing was very prompt and responsive. Came out same day as called to give an estimate. Joe gave what he thought was the "worst case" estimate. Actual bill was $100 below that. Arrived when he said he would and finished the job the same day. Did a good cleanup after the job was completed. Joe was friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

I had a leak in my roof which we believed to be due to a lack of roof to wall flashing. There were also holes that needed to be filled. When he removed the shingles he discovered there was flashing but it had been placed incorrectly and there were drainage holes that had been filled, causing drainage to re-route into the wall. He unplugged the holes and replaced the flashing and the shingles.

Extremely well. The work was performed on time and with good quality workmanship. There were a few minor problems (not Matrixes fault) which they gladly fixed the next day without any hassle. Hire Matrix roofing for your next job.

Joe provided a competitive quote and then the addresses of homes he had roofed so I could see how the product would look on my house and detached garage. My overall experience was excellent from start to finish. He and his men were at my home working when he said they would be, were respectful at all times and the quality of the work is excellent. I had been concerned about clean-up as the old roofs had to be removed. The clean up was amazing. Each day I came home and everything was cleaned and the drive swept. I definitely recommend Joe and Matrix roofing.

I saw a stain on our ceiling on Saturday the first day of Labor Day weekend, and saw a vent that had been blown aside, leaving a hole in the roof. After calling another company's emergency hot line, and never receiving a call back, I called Matrix. Joe called right back, and we agreed he could come out Monday morning (on Labor Day), as there was no rain in the forecast. He called back on Sunday, and told me he had seen the threat of rain in the forecast, and suggested he come out immediately. When he arrived, he immediately figured out and solved the vent problem, and then noticed other vents with rubber cracks that could be problematic, and fixed them, as well, as well as some roof tiles that had blown off. For all of that, and coming out on a Sunday on Labor Day weekend, Joe only charged me the minimum call out fee. Anyone with this much integrity and professionalism will get any roofing repair business I have from now on.

I thought they were very professional and quick. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine; she had a lot of really good things to say about them and knew of quite a few roofs they had done. The price was really good and their responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism were off the charts.

Gave estimate for entire portion of roof that needed to be redone. When we indicated we were interested in just fixing the leak at this time, he happily complied, adjusting his estimate for just the necessary repair. Communication was great - his response was quick and work was scheduled to be completed within a few days. He arrived when he said he would and completed the work quickly and promptly. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will use him this summer to have the entire portion redone.
