There are a couple of things I did not like. First, the original time estimate was 1-1.5 days. Even after finding the plywood needed to be replaced I was told 2 days. It actually took 3 days. Not a big deal but I do work at home and it would have been nice to know it would take that long. The other thing was that I was told there would be additional vents installed and this did not occur.

The estimate process was painless, and the Matrix estimate was significantly less than the other three we received. Ed's Economy Roofing didn't even want to consider our roof because of its pitch; Leak-Seal wanted to charge a premium for the same reason. Matrix did not charge anything extra. Leak Seal also was not interested in replacing our deck cover after it was torn off to replace the roof. The other companies also waffled on replacing the skylights, and gave us conflicting information about the availability of those skylights.
Matrix arrived on time the first morning, and essentially had the whole job done in two days. There were details to finish up which occupied small parts of another two days, but even with some difficulties they encountered they finished everything up expeditiously and to our satisfaction.
We also appreciated the fact that the workers were professional and not loud; no radios playing while they worked.
Joe owns the company, and would visit each day to make sure the process was going smoothly. The final bill was just as estimated.
Overall we are very satisfied with the job Matrix did and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

We do our very best to assure that ALL materials are removed from the ground including hand pick up and magnetic raking several times after the completion of your job. I know that we spent over 2 hours (Joe raked for an hour straight when he returned after your call) with the rakes and we are frustrated that you found remaining nails. Due to your feedback however, we have purchased several new nail rakes - perhaps our magnet was getting weak. Again, thank you for letting us know and all our best to you and your family."
Price was competetive and worth the value.
Clean up: Everything looked cleaned up afterwords, but we had them come back a 2nd time with a large magnet to remove missed nails/staples.
Speed: Initial job was fairly quick, but follow up took longer than we expected to wrap everything up.
Workmanship:
All looks like we expected
A rain guage piece was accidentally removed and lost when they removed the gutters, they tried to find it but couldn't
Some drywall ripped away from the inside wall when they removed old skylight
Accompdated ordering special materials we requested.
We are satisfied with the job.
