I called back and left several messages, and emails because the tenant needed a leak fixed asap! 
Martin roofing, ignored my calls, and never got back to me.
I would never even bother to contact this company again. 
I manage 4 properties and need a reliable dependable roofer.
This is not one!

Later, the roof failed the inspection.  Upon closer examination it was evident the roof needed to be replaced.  Apparently, Curt did not want the job and told me what he thought I wanted to hear.  Since I had told the buyers that the roof had several years left   based on Curt's assessment, my integrity was compromised and I was embarrassed. 

After acquiring several bids, we made the right choice to go with Martin Roofing.  Curt not only offered a competitive price but completed the job quickly, keeping the property clean along the way and the finished edges and job overall is perfect.  It was 1 1/2 years ago that my roof was done, but  I just installed gutter guards and being up close I could see a clean finish on the corners and peaks.  Curt also suggested I replace my skylight while the opportunity was open and offered to set it in for me.  I grew up in a family business and worked in retail for many years...  customer service is #1 and you get the whole package with Martin Roofing.   Thanks again Curt !

When Curt came to give us a bid, he inspected the roof, then showed us photos of problem areas and explained in detail the work he proposed to do and how it would solve some long-standing problems (dating from original construction). We chose him because his solutions made sense, and he proposed the rubber material, which is a little more expensive but longer lasting and a better environmental choice over vinyl. (At the time, he didn't know we are "greenies.") He included the sales tax in his bid, which we appreciated as "full disclosure." Curt and his crew came, did their work, and left, over the course of a few days. No complaints about the landscaping that must have made getting materials to the roof a real challenge; not a twig out of place; not a nail or scrap to be found. The only evidence was sound of their footsteps over my head, and now a beautiful new roof. Curt also took care of a couple of other minor fixes in the process, gratis.

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED THE DAY AFTER MY CALL TO THE COMPANY. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

MARTIN SHOWED ON TIME AS SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN THE WARRANTY ONCE AND MADE SURE WORK AREA WAS CLEAN AFTER COMPLETION.
