I had the following things wrong:
I had a list of issues that needed to be fixed, when it came time for the 1 year walk through no one showed up for our SCHEDULED appointment, when I called the company they told me everyone was out at a fishing event. I was upset and they sent someone, who could not answer my questions about two conserns.
On the 1 year walk through I noted numerous issues and had to email and call to check up on scheduled apts. They do not call you back and have excuses all the time.
When contractors were sent out to fix cracks, bubbles, nail pop outs. When they were finished 2 month later, where the bubles were it sunk in to the drywall, when asked I was told it was over the 1 year and they were not liable anymore.
I had to take them to court to get money to fix an unusable driveway, tub they attempted to repair 3 times and a front railing that looked like a kid put up.
They are very unprofessional and do not honor thier promises to repair items, if they do it takes them forever and it is not done correctly.
