Mia worked a solid 5 hours, and did a great job. I am very pleased. She was friendly, and focused on the job, and thorough.

They did such a good job, I had it on the market on a Friday it was sold the following Tuesday.

She would come, and it went fine until 6 months ago. I called her to do something, and she was supposed to call me back, but she didn't. The first time she came here, and it was fine, and she came back to see what her two employees had done. The next time she didn't call me back. She had charged me $500, and it was fine, because I have a big house.

Hollie and her team saved my sanity.
A renovation in my daylight ranch required resurfacing of the lower level concrete slab. The concrete contractor offered no mitigation of the dust, which I didn't realize until it was too late. Concrete dust is even finer than sheetrock dust. By the end of the two-day process, it coated literally every surface and object in my home.
Hollie and her team showed up with virtually no delay and, along with a specialized concrete-dust shopvac that I rented, descended like a SWAT team on this unholy mess, including the garage, where all of my lower-level belongings (boxed) had received the worst of the dust blast.
Hollie is responsive, sharp, thoughtful, and thorough and kind. Her approach to her work couldn't be more professional: she runs a tight ship with her own well-cared for employees, and doesn't put at risk the business she has created by putting up with slouch work. Her employees are skillful; they work hard, and are thorough, with no wasted time or chit-chat.
Hollie returns calls fast. She lets you know when she's running ten minutes late. She writes thoughtful and clear emails. What is inadvertently missed gets fixed, pronto, and with a completely positive attitude.
I feel lucky to have found her, and will be using her company in the future, especially for the deeper-clean projects that this renovation will continue to require.

After several calls over a few days to housecleaning services, trying to get a move-in cleaning prior to my furniture being delivered, I was directed to Maid to Shine NW and Holly Pegoda, who a able to find a spot for me on short notice. She had a very uplifting attitude on the phone when I called, giving me confidence in her and her team, just from a conversation. Three lovely ladies, one of them Holly, showed up on time on the day we agreed on and went right to work, bringing their own tools - good thing, because all of mine are still in storage. The first thing Holly did was to pull the stove away from the wall - my goodness, what a mess. But having seen her do tht, I knew she and her team would be thorough. I disappeared for about two hours to let them have at it. I returned to a beautifully cleaned house, including a cleaned refrigerator. This is such a relief to know that my furniture will be coming into an already cleaned home, needing only to be kept that way, at least until I make arrangements with Holly for monthly cleanings. I can't do it any more, so I am grateful to Holly and her team who CAN DO and do well.

Holly is the owner of the company. There is nothing I did not like. They did a great job, and they were personable. It was a good experience. They only came once, and they made a great first impression; that is important. The price is fine. We arranged the price. It is going to be $75 for one week and $85 the next. That is okay. They were twenty minutes late though.

They arrived promptly as scheduled, I explained the job, prioritizingthe two bathrooms. They brought their own supplies and tools, and set about the job.

Provider was on time and professional. Very friendly throughout the day ( 8 hours of work!). She pointed out areas of concern and helped us to problem solve what was needed to get things clean. Very methodical and careful cleaner. She kept up the pace all day.
