Outstanding. I am very particular. They handled me with outstanding professionalism. Quality of repair could not have been better. This is no fly by night auto body repair shop. They stand behind their work with a lifetime guarantee. My truck look as it were brand new again.

The estimate went ok, nothing special about the estimator or his demeanor, but he told me that he would get back to me with an estimate by email that day or the next. Didn't happen! Two weeks later I get a call from some outfit I did not even recognize the name saying they wanted to talk to me about the estimate that I received from this company. Needless to say I let them know I wasn't the slightest bit interested. If you can't do what you say you are going to do, then don't bother even saying it!

My faith in humanity (and auto body repair places) has been restored! My car has been leaking water for years (which was not a problem so much in San Diego). I noticed that the weather stripping on my driver's side door was coming off, so I decided it was time to get it looked at, and see if that was the culprit or something else. The gentleman came out, and immediately pushed back in the weather stripping on the door with his own 2 hands and no charge. He said this happens a lot, and no need to replace. He said leaks in cars are 95% due to leaking sunroofs, and referred me to someone who specializes in that. No money paid. Yay for honest people! I will be back if I need any body work done (hopefully not).

They were very professional and prompt in getting us in. The establishment was very clean and they called us ahead of time before they did anything with the vehicle. It was cleaner when it came out than when we brought it there.
