Pretty well. Took a while to get the windows from the manufacturer, which we were told in advance by the contractor. Installation went quickly. The tenants were ok through t he process. Three windows were somehow separated from the original order and had to wait for their installation.

Tommy was quite pleasant to work with, did good quality work, and was reasonably priced. He was helpful about making suggestions, and understanding that I didn't want a major remodel. The job took longer than I expected, partly because he worked on other projects at the same time. Tommy was always prompt in returning calls, and he and his crew did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

OVERALL, WE WERE VERY PLEASED. THE JOB WAS DONE TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS AND ANY QUESTIONS OR AREAS NEEDING TWEAKING WERE IMMEDIATELY ADDRESSED. TOMMY LUCERO TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING THAT WAS NOT DONE TO SPECIFICATION AND FIXED IT PROMPTLY.
