Sales person was very helpful. We got everything picked out and purchased. Took the granite home, cut everything, laid it out, and had the edges polished. My husband spilled ketchup on it. It etched the granite. After a little testing anything and everything would either etch or stain it. Fortunately it had not been set yet. We pulled it all up and returned it. Crappy product, but lesson learned. Granite for $5/square foot is not the way to go.

They did the work and I'm very satisfied with it. I did have a few complaints, but they quickly worked with me to get them resolved.

They did an excellent job. They came on time and worked hard all day. They cleaned up well and the carpet looks great. They also moved the furniture and replaced it when finished.

They're fine and I'm up there all the time. I have an old house, so I'm always doing something like painting or fixing something or whatever.

Prompt and effenctent.

My experience with them was really great. The price was good. They came on the day they said they would.

Excellent experience with the store personnel. The installation was difficult but in the end was not so good. There was a leak under the sink which we reported. We were assured that the installer would contact us within 48 hours and that he would remedy the situation. He never called. I fixed the problem myself by crawling under the sink and doing some tightening, but it would have been nice to at least hear from him.

It was kind of frustrating dealing with Lowe's staff. There was a lot of waiting involved--both on our initial visit and later once the estimate/measurement had been done. The installers were quite professional and the carpet and pad were installed correctly. On the whole, although I might use Lowe's again, I would probably choose carpeting from a store that specializes in carpeting. I'm not sure the quality measures up to what we anticipated.

Asked for help finding a light. Guy said he'd be a minute. 15 minutes later I had to go find him since nobody else knew anything about lighting. He told me to go look on the shelf and try to figure it out. The light I needed did not include all of the parts and he could not explain what parts it needed. Sent me on a goose chase around the store. I would use them again because they are a big box store and seem to be the only place that has what I needed since Home Depot did not.

Materials arrived on time, installers met delivery truck and quickly installed the new doors, installed hardware and trim.

THE SALESMAN WAS NICE, NOT AT ALL PUSHY. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME HELPING US DECIDE ON A BRAND AND COLOR. HE SHOWED US PRICES PER SQUARE FOOT, THEN BROKE IT DOWN IF WE WANTED TO INSTALL IT OURSELVES.

GOOD SERVICE. HARDEST PART WAS GETTING HELP IN THE STORE IF THEY WERE BUSY. BUT, IF YOU WENT EARLY, HAD GOOD LUCK. VERY HELPFUL. ESTIMATORS ARRIVED ON TIME. CARPET LAYERS DID GOOD JOB IN A TIMELY FASHION. VERY PLEASED AND HAVE USED THEM AGAIN FOR OTHER CARPET JOBS.

THEIR INSTALLATION DEPARTMENT MADE IT VERY COMFORTABLE FOR US TO PURCHASE THE ITEMS WE WANTED AND LEARN HOW TO PROPERLY INSTALL THE COUNTERTOPS OURSELVES. WE GOT A GOOD DEAL ON THE MATERIALS AND HAD ALL OUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED THOROUGHLY.
