She was excellent. You couldn't ask for a better real estate agent. She was punctual, and was able to provide detailed information that required research beyond the general listing. This way, when we went to see a home, we knew much more about it than we would have without her. She designed a house-hunting route for us that was logical and consumed the least amount of time possible. She kept us informed via phone and email during followup, and kept up with every single detail along the way. Prior to the move the house needed work on the well and septic system, and she came out herself to retrieve the water samples that were required. She is pleasant, kind, and listens well. She truly cares about people, and has gone above and beyond every step of the way, and has even followed up with us after we moved in.
