Oleg always answered his phones, gave advices how to complete job better. He always came to work on time, hang plastic to protect other areas from dust during construction and painting wood work; he cleaned work areas daily. During wood work painting Oleg covered new hardwood floor with plastic and paper to keep paint off the floor. After he finished the job everything was excellent and professional.

I had a bid that was 3 times the cost of this contractor and Oleg's work could not have been more detailed and I don't believe anyone else could have done it as well. Even with gutting the bathroom, he took great care in keeping the dust down to a minimum in the rest of the house. He communicated well and kept me informed re: progress and materials. Each member of his crew were as professional as Oleg. Even with a total remodel the work was done in just over a week. He also took the time to come back and personally answer a question I had about a fixture. Never would I have thought that gutting and remodeling of a main bath could go so smoothly and quickly!

I had hired someone from an online ad service, but a death in the family brought an short notice cancellation. My flooring repair man made a phone call, and these folks came be almost immediately and bid the job. we spoke on the phone, since I was at work, and agreed to a price. He felt that if the put additional reinforcements between the joist in the ceiling they could stop the crack from returning. (I was delighted to have someone else crawl up into the attic this time.) They arrived the next morning, and I left for work. When I returned 4 hours later, they were done and gone. They had re-mudded and textured to match the existing texture. Although I can tell were the patch is, no one else would see it, they did a great job.
