Went ok. Communication seems to be an issue between office and workers but all in all the roof is beautiful. The wrong color gutters were installed. But they did offer to correct them, but I ended up keeping them because they look great. Ethan explained the process. I still have some maintenance questions..

Trying to sell my home 8 months after having Legit replace my roof and what a mess. I thought that paying for the most expensive would mean something but got told by two inspectors that I got ripped off. They also told me that a few years ago no one in this town had ever heard of them. Then I need the warrenty and city permits and guess what? Legit never filed for permits and did the job ILLEGALLY. Also, they don't have a warrenty themselves. Just the shingle manufactures warranty. I should have saved four thousand dollars and used a honorable company with integrity. I forgot to mention I have to pay someone else to fix some flashing and rotted wood they did incorrectly.

A couple guys showed up and gave us a quote. Legit took care of everything and provided regular updates from beginning to end. We were provided a detailed list of services and all were completed. The new roof looks awesome and the work was completed in a very timely manner.

It was excellent. It was reasonable. It was within the parameters of what I was expecting. What experience I had, has been okay. It was an excellent job. I don't anticipate needing another roof.

Work crew was a no show on the date work was to be done. After several phone calls the supervisor (or sub-contractor?) called and apologized and rescheduled. He was willing to work around my schedule. Application on second date went as scheduled.

Legit was excellent. I hired them to tear off and replace my aging roof. Upon tear off they discovered years worth of very significant rot. They were very quick to contact me and give me updates on the situation and quote me the fairest price they could. While I ended up having to pay a large sum of money for work done, they were the height of professionalism and I'm certain they gave me the best price available and I'm confident this is not an issue I will have again. Very professional, very clean, and very very fast.

Despite very difficult winter weather conditions they made their promised deadline in December.. The roofing crew went to great lengths to repair a deflection (big dip) in the roof that existed from its initial construction. Legit was very fair in pricing extra work like replacement of rotten plywood and air vents that were extras. The roofing materials they use are state of the art GAF products with long warranties. As a former residential general contractor I was impressed with their work. There are cheaper roofing contractors out there but you get ....

We looked at a few different roofing companies and when your two guys showed up at the door we were impressed. They showed a wonderful level of professionalism and gave us a great deal. We had originally thought that we should do a whole new roof but after the advice and honest opinions we had received from David we decided to go with the re-roof. We had agreed to have a sign for advertisement in our yard, with the sign arriving slightly different than we had expected, we contacted the company and our issue was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. We were are very happy with the results of the roof and the speed and professionalism that was shown by the workers. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends.Thank you for our new roof!

From start to finish, the experience with Legit Roofing was very good. While we had been able to deal with an occasional leak or issue with our roof in the twelve years we've lived in our home, it became clear that a full-roof replacement was required. We scheduled estimates with three different roofing companies. One did not show up as arranged, so our decision became a choice between two estimates which recommended the exact same exact roofing and process. So it came down to pricing, and as Legit was $1,000 cheaper than the other company, we accepted their bid. We signed the papers about the middle of March and were told the work would be done end of April/early May. They required no deposit, and did not expect to be paid until the project was complete and there had been a walk-around with the person who gave the estimate.
Because our roof was tile, it was a more expensive project than had it been to replace a composition roof which is what we now have and are happy with.
The work crew began their work a full two weeks before anticipated due to good weather during previous projects. They were punctual, courteous, and worked very hard the four days it took. We have absolutely no complaints about our experience with Legit and would recommend them highly.

We got lucky and had 2 sunny days in Jan. Ed and Froilan showed up and had the whole roof torn off in half a day. They put the weather watch moisture barrier down along the perimeter and worked on getting the tiger paw underlayment down. The shingles arrived after it was all torn off. They did an excellent job and you could tell they were very experienced and efficient! The ridge vent cleans up the roof so we don't have those black vents along the top of the roof anymore. I also like that they spray paint the stack so it blends in with the roof. The new shingles are so nice to look at and actually make our house color look better! Our house is a 2 story but has a fairly simple roof. We also have a back porch that has a patio cover with skylights. They did a great job removing and re-roofing around the skylights and replacing the flashing. They did a good job cleaning up both days. I was just so happy they got it done so quick and had good weather.

I had some shingles blow off my roof during a windstorm. It was difficult to find a company that was not booked out several weeks on repairs. I called Legit and initially they were only doing larger re-roofing projects. A couple of days later they must have added capacity as they were able to get to my minor roof repair in just a couple of days. One person came out on a Saturday and repaired the shingles in a little under an hour. The price included shingles (they were able to match what I had on the roof). So far the repair is holding up just fine!

They did an excellent job. You could barely tell they were even here they were so clean. They were efficient and the staff was knowledgeable. The owner even came out to the house to check on the project as well and was involved in the planning. David was very straightforward about what he did.

I had another estimate done and after discounts it was about twice as much as davids first price.
I liked the price so much I had the roof done before it was a must do. We set a date and it was reseduled once to weather. the job was bigger tham originally estimated and a major repair was discovered after the roof was torn off. I inspected the problem and David made me a fare price for its repair ( I expected a problem because of the age of the house). The job was done in a timely manor and I am very happy with the total job! I have already recomended them to two other friends.Licensing
