Legacy Restoration

At the start of the restoration, Sam gave me a printed calendar with the dates I could expect the tradesmen to arrive for each phase of the project. He would call the day before to let me know what time to expect them and check that they arrived as scheduled. Getting the written schedule was really helpful and I was very impressed that we never fell behind. The companies who did the work were all quality providers, many "A" rated on Angie's List. After each part of the job was completed, Sam or his assistant, Nikole would phone or come by to make sure I was happy with the work. The only issue I had was with the way the trim was painted. Sam had the painters back redoing it two days later. There was no way to make putting our house back together completely stress free. Sam and his subcontractors made things as painless as it could possibly be by staying on schedule and doing quality work.
