I do not recommend Lloyd.
He only completed 30% of the work. We fired him, and he refuses to return any portion of our money. His workmanship was poor, he caused more damage ripping off trim and installing boards incorrectly. He left personal garage on my property and took items from our yard without permission.
He also disappeared for days on end. He would not respond to emails or phone calls. We had to push him to complete a written contract for work. We again had to push him to spell out what he was doing in the contract- he never did.
