Becky & Felix were wonderful to work with. Their marketing focused on the best parts of the home and property, yet their honesty on what the buyer could expect proved their integrity. It was a complex sale, a rental left in rough condition that we needed to sell quickly. Their pricing strategy allowed us to get the most for it's current condition and negotiated a great deal for us during a stressful time. Highly recommend them for their knowledge and care.
