They went above and beyond, his name was Warren Miller. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. This purchase was on behalf of my sister and brother-n-law who have never done anything like this. It was a home for them and we had to stay within a certain budget. He was very good, very professional, and answered any question I had. He also had good advice that was helpful in selecting a home and selling the property we had to sell. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. I first started working with him on April 25th. The first part was selling the house we had and in the first couple weeks after that he started helping us find a house. That took about 30 days. We put in two offers and the third time was the charm. It took about two weeks to find the house but once we got the house, it was 30 days to close on it. We had to wait on the renters to move out.
