Lawn Tool Repair
CALLED BACK WITH REPAIR TO BE DONE AND WE DECIDED TO WAIT ON REPAIRS DUE TO PART DELIVERY. HE RETURNED MOWER AND SAID HE WOULD APPLY THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE TOWARDS THE REPAIR WHEN READY TO DO WORK. AFTER HAVING THE MOWER, WE CALLED TO HAVE REPAIRS PERFORMED. HE CAME BACK OUT AND TOOK MOWER AGAIN. AFTER STARTING REPAIRS FOUND A BADLY DAMAGED PART THAT NEEDED REPLACING, THIS TOOK AN EXTRA WEEK FOR THE PART (NOT THE FAULT OF COMPANY, HE SAID PART WAS DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS). WE WERE A BIT FRUSTRATED BUT PLEASED WHEN MOWER WAS RETURNED.
