Kevin was unable to arrive on first day due to truck problems. After work progressed and came to finish we notified Kevin of our unhappiness with tile work in 1/2 bath (uneven tiles, uneven grout lines). He replaced tile work 2nd time with job worse than 1st time. When told of our dissatisfaction, Kevin became aggressive/ belligerent on phone and threatened to place lien on our home for unpaid total. We had work inspected by home inspector and 2 other contractors who all agreed work done (replaced subflooring/ tiles) needed to be removed and repaired. Apparently Kevin left portions of subflooring unsupported or with poor support. Also after we removed tile in 1/2 bath we found that Kevin had not replaced heatmat under tiles leaving wiring tucked under edge of tile work. Also when he replaced toilet he had used the old seal ring. Dryer vent was found not to be not hung correctly causing bowing and potential for fire risk. There are other complaints but not enough room to state.
