+ -1 moreGREAT TO WORK WITH. EXPERIENCE PAYS OFF WITH A CONTRACTOR DOING CONTRACT WORK. THE OWNER WAS AVAILABLE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY TO ENSURE THAT ALL THINGS WERE DONE CORRECTLY. WORKED WITHIN MY BUDGET AND GOT A TERRIFIC JOB DONE.
Description of Work: PRESSURE WASHED ENTIRE BUILDING, SCRAPED, SEALED AND THEN CAULKED ALL AREAS OF NEED AROUND WINDOWS AND DOORS. COMPLETELY REPAINTED ENTIRE DUPLEX TO SPECS.
