JORDAN SMITH HAULING

Jordan showed up on time and went straight to work. Cleaned up after himself and even raked up some leaves that had fallen onto the street. Hard worker.

He was in and out within 10 to 15 min. He was prompt on time and had reasonable prices.

Called them (after finding them to be highly recommended on Angie's List) this past Tuesday; made an appointment for today (Friday). Jordan called before coming to confirm; showed up on time; did an unbelievable amount of work (with the assistance of his son) in a very short period of time, bottom line. The work was done quite well and was reasonably priced.

He was very flexible. I had to change the time twice and it was not a problem. Very nice guy - was in and out in short order and hauled a variety of stuff (all shapes, sizes and conditions). We'll use him again to remove yard debris.

Initially, Jordan set the appointment for 9:00 AM on a Tuesday. While I was at work, he called my cell phone and asked if he could pick it up a day earlier because of his child care issues. I was unable to accommodate him because I wouldn't be home. On the Tuesday when he was going to pick up the sod originally, he called and asked if he could come later, again because of child care issues. He came later on Tuesday and brought the child with him. The child turned out to be a 12 year-old who helped him load the sod. He complained about the difficulty of the work.

Same day service. Jordan even discounted from initial quote based on actual amount that was hauled. Folded tarps and swept the driveway clean too.

Jordan was able to come the day after I called, and was on time. He and his son cleared our junk and swept up the mess.

It was a good one. Nice guy and was super quick at loading the grass up. He set up a time to come get it for the next day. Only problem I ran into was he accidentally double booked himself which wasn't a big deal because he reschedule for later that same day. He came about an hour later than he said he would. He said it was because the previous job took longer than expected. The problem was my wife had to call him to see if he was still coming and he said he hadn't called because he didn't want to bother her. She would have rather had a call instead of wondering if he was coming still. Otherwise no problems at all.
