John was great! He called and booked a time to do the work. He was very efficient, got right to work, was pleasant, and charged a fair price. The carpet looks wonderful. Not sure why I waited to long to get it done. He made it much easier than I expected it to be. I would hire him again and I would recommend him to a friend.
