We fired him. Not only because of the interest he charged but also because he had listed our home for over a year without selling it do to his poor marketing of the property. Mr. Belland is a border line scamer. Beware of him. We fired a new realtor and our house sold un a week.

His footwork was very good. He seemed very professional. We liked him and he was a very nice guy. Justin was our promotion guy through John L Scott Real Estate. He was the one who did all the footwork and put it up on the internet. He was really good. He was the guy who did more of the marketing job. He was really a super dude. The realtors then had to talk to him. We are closing the deal next week. It was a little difficult to get a hold of him sometimes.

For personal reasons, this was going to be a stressful event even under ideal market conditions. To Minnette's credit she never added to that stress and did a lot to reduce it. Her experience and knowledge shined many times - even about such details as to what would be involved in installing GFCI outlets in a older home. Never put one bit of pressure on us regarding any of the many decisions that have to made in the sale/purchase of a home. You won't be able to find better service and care.
