We could not have been more disappointed in the quality of customer care and overall experience with this agent. We understand that homes often take longer to sell or do not sell at the price the owners would like, and we would not blame Joel for this. That said, his lack of organizational skills, inability to be in touch with clients (we requested that he check in w/us periodically to let us know how things were going), unresponsiveness (beyond "pie in the sky" talk) to our complaints or suggestions, and aloofness really made this the WORST real estate experience we have ever had. In the end we no longer trusted Joel to be looking out for our best interests, and truly felt that closing the deal at all costs and profit was the ultimate goal. Joel left town (and was unreachable by phone) without informing us several times. Unfortunately, when our offer came in, and again when we closed. He never followed up after the close, nor never said thanks for our business. Horrible experience.
