SERVICE MAN WAS UPFRONT AND HONEST ON WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE. WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIX PROMPTLY. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON SPAS AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT.
