I take two dogs to her and the dogs like going to see her. We were previously taking them to another provider and it seemed like we were dragging them. She is good with the animals and she cuts them cutely. A friend recommended her to me and he said that his dog liked her and was excited going there. She is inexpensive.

Jan gave my Samoyed mix a much needed bath and brushing. He has a dense undercoat and is a large (75 lb) dog. She clipped his overgrown paws at no extra charge. He looks great and obviously enjoyed the experience. They got him really clean and didn't use a lot of perfumy cover-up. I could tell they really care about the animals. There have been times in the past when my dog didn't want to return to a groomer, but he was very happy and seemed to have been well-treated at Jan's.

Jan was very friendly on the phone and was able to fit my two dachshunds in for nail trims immediately. She was professional and calm with my anxious puppy. The price was extremely affordable; only $5 per dog. She also offers teeth brushing, hair conditioning and other beauty treatments. I will definitely return. Her posted hours are weekdays only but she is open every other Saturdays.

Jans was always consistently excellent. Reagan smelled and looked awesome. So friendly and they really love what they do. We tried other places and Our dog bit the groomers. Reagan felt the love here and behaved well for them.

Very professional. Very helpful and courteous on the phone setting up the appointment. They were able to come out the next morning and fix the problem. Very positive experience. I would definitely use them again.

THE EMPLOYEES AT JAN'S WERE ALWAYS FRIENDLY. THEY KNEW HOW TO HANDLE ANDY. HE ALWAYS CAME BACK LOOKING GOOD AND FEELING GREAT. I WOULD STILL BE USING THEM EXCEPT THAT ANDY IS NOW DECEASED.
