Came and aerated, thatched, seeded, and mulched my big back lawn. It was sloow growing, and 1 large area was not growing.  I called several times, and finally Gary, a very nice man, came out to look. By the time he got there , there were 2 other areas that looked bad. He agreed that it looked awful and need to be redone. He had to come out a second time, gave me a bag of seed and told me what to do and to water it 4 times a day. I have an underground  sprinkler system. He said the trees were preventing the water from reaching the grass, which is not true because I hve the sprinkler system.  There are too many rocks and not enough dirt, in my opinion.  I put the seed down and watered, but it made no difference.  I called again and he came back and dropped bags of seed, mulch and fertilizer over the fence. He called and told me what to do with it. I still think he should have done it.  I emailed him two weeks ago and asked for a refund. I spoke to Nadine before sending in my check initially to ask if they have a satisfaction guarantee police. She said yes.  I received an email saying they do not typically give refunds and that he would come back and look to see if he would give me a refund within the week.  I have not heard from him since.
