Description of Work: Invest West has been our property management company for over 10 years, and they have always been responsive and attentive to the needs of our property and the tenants. Their accounting is easy to follow and complete. As property owners we try to provide a safe, fairly priced and clean living environment for our tenants. Invest West is very helpful with handling all the details with a minimum of hassle.

Description of Work: Invest West Mangement Services managed our rental property for almost two years. Kelly Rothwell was our agent and she went out of her way several times to help us with an issue regarding our home since we were out of state. We were very satisfied with her services.

Description of Work: I am a renter dealing with this company that the owner of this house choosed to use. I had to move into this home because I lost my house to a fire. And we were living in a hotel for almost a month and wanted to just move into a decent home. And ever since we have been here I have been dealing with a horrible management company that I have to be on there case about getting things done constantly. First there was a broken window that was in the home when I moved in, the mangement lady told to me that would be fixed the following week. Called over and over about it getting fixed since it was in my youngest sons room and was worried that it would shatter, so that room was off limits. It took her almost 2 months being here,to get done. The water that comes from the fridge wasnt working and she told me that the owners would fix it, also the owners were storing some of there belongings in the garage that was supposed to be picked up 2 weeks after we moved in didnt happen till we lived there for almost a month and a half. Also, never got a key to mailbox and the garage opener. When the owners did show up I told them about water not working she said she would send a plumber. So, that could have happened weeks ago if it was just to have a plumber fix it. And to top all this off, I get a knock at my door from the water company telling me that they are going to shut off my water unless I pay this past due bill right now! We havent had a bill yet I tried to explain to him and he didnt care he said he need confromation that it was paid. I call the water company to be told that it was a bill from before we moved in and that he wont leave unless its paid. So, I ended up paying the owners bill. Called the mangement company and she told me to just send the infomation that I paid this bill and she will send me a check, No apology about this happening. So, I sent in the reciept and a week and a half goes by no check. Call the mangement company again, doesnt return my phone calls for Three Days! Finally anwsers to tell me that until the rent is paid we cant reburse you because there is not money in the account. And I replied that I shouldnt have had to pay this bill in the first place her response was you should have called me first. I told her yet again they were not going to leave unless this water bill is paid or they were going to shut of the water and he was sitting in the drive way waiting for confirmation that it was paid. And since you decide to take 3 days to return a phone call and you have proven not to get the job done numerous times. I wasnt about to have faith you would handle it! I wouldnt have water for who knows how long. So, dont use this company if you are a owner wanting a mangement company this one will take your money and not handle that job correctly.
