Ryan Colgrove sent Jim Colgrove to our residence on 6/6 to help install
laminate flooring around a kitchen bar area, through a hall-way and in a
1/2 bath. The process in the 1/2 bath included removing and resetting
the toilet. Jim Colgrove reset the toilet and neglected to install a
new wax ring that Ryan Colgrove recommended. Because of this the toilet
has slowly leaked black water, resulting in the sub-floor buckling and
the laminate to start molding. All of the sub-floor and laminate have to
be removed and replaced.
Integrated Services denies doing the work,
they said they are not licensed to reset the toilet... requires a
licensed plumber in the state of WA to reset a toilet. The cost to
repair could reach 2k or more, since the floor must be dried and
sanitized prior to new flooring.
