Inn His Service

Description of Work: To being with I called that company because they made us feel like they love the Lord. Husband and I made an appointment to have them come out to give a quote we made the date and the date came and noone showed up and no call.. Two days later they called and said that they lost their cell phone and their charger.. I can go there and forgave.. We made an appointment for the next day and they called and he had other problem with his grandson. The next day I called and he said that he would be there and that never happen.. A Man named Pete showed up with his helper.. Oh my...Goodness he had a Pit bull dog! I love dogs but.. Why do they bring such a Dog that many people do not like and where is he going to use the bathroom?? Why do We have to put up with that? The superviser was name Jeff.. We wanted a Cedar fence with Screws in each post... Well, I trusted them and when I went out to see what they were doing, Pete was to far on our neighbors yard. I had to tell him to pull up the cement and move it closer to our Property line.... He did it. Was not happy!!! Then in our contact we wanted screws in our fence.. Never a Screw.. Then we had then to make a pad of cement for a hot tub.... It was not the the correct size. Hubby had to make it right.. That was a chore.. I called Jeff. The one who was the main person of his company.. He told me to deal with it as it was only 2 inches off.. We were just not happy with that comment....Today Hubby had to go the harware store and buy the screws and fix the fence that was not standing up!!! We only hire people to do this because we are old and can not do it ourselfs... With the Money we gave them one would think that they can do somehting right! In Our opinion, We will never hire theses people again for anything.. We feel as we just flush our money down that toilet.
