I work with small businesses and individuals to solve their computer and network issues and help them to understand the importance of backups and achieve full data protection. Jeff Wycoff turned out to be a superior IT Specialist. I called him to fix my Windows 7 computer today that was acting up after the latest Windows update. While he was fixing my computer my office called about the printer at the front office not printing. Jeff overheard me talking and said he could fix it. He did and repaired some other things flawlessly while there, then back to my computer. Jeff diagnosed my desktop computer problem as a hard disc beginning to deteriorate. Jeff suggested a replacement solid state hard drive. It arrived and was installed. He repaired my computer flawlessly. He asked if I would want the home desktop computer cleaned up. I said yes and he did that including upgrading to Windows 10. Jeff also set up the printers so they work perfectly with the desktop computer and my laptop computer. All works smoothly. Jeff is an excellent diagnostic technician. Jeff is very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful explaining all the things I didn't totally understand. I highly recommend Jeff Wyckoff of Onsite-IT-Solutions, LLC.

While Bill was not able to fix the motherboard, he provided options on its replacement and costs options for a refurbished replacement computer. I decided to just have him do disk data retrieval to a drive that I supplied him. Very reasonable and easy to work with.

I had spent five hours with my email company trying to get on line. Two technicians tried but could not fix the problem. Bill worked the problem out using his computer the same day I contacted him. He was very easy going, professional and knowledgeable. The cost of his services was very reasonable. I will definitely use Bill for my computer needs in the future.

Bill was great! He came out to our office figured out how to use our drives to store files, he mapped the drives so that we are all in a network and got all our computers set up including our Macs and Mac books. He was on time, very knowledgeable and great to work with. He answered our questions and provided potential solutions for us to work better and for our data to be secured. The price was very reasonable. We will be working with Bill from now on for all of our IT needs.

I called with only knowing we exhausted all resourses and we could not figure out what the actual problem was. He offered to take a look right away without asking to sign any contracts, and allowed us to only us him for this one time due to us having an in house I.T. He diagnosed our problem very quickly, and told us how to fix it. We will for sure be using them in the future.

Bill was great. Scheduled appointment while out of town. Kept the appointment, spent 90 minutes with both computers & resolved issues. Continued after visit twice, using remote access to resolve other issues which popped up. Very impressed, knowledgeable, professional, works with client till 100% satisfied. I was very pleased with the service. Bill went above and beyond to get my computer fixed and back to me more quickly that I expected. He was friendly and courteous and arrived when he said he would. I would hire him again and certainly recommend him to others. I considered the price extremely reasonable give he made two trips to my house.

I had used Bill Dowd's services in the past, and called him again when I had a pesky software problem that had invaded many of my installed programs - even those of no relevance to the pesky program. He had to dig deep to find all the places that program had invaded, in order to completely eliminate it from my computer.
He completed his mission, and as always, said that he guarantees the work, and to call him and he would return at no cost to fix it. I didn't need to call him as he fixed the problem.
I also had a problem installing my security software - he didn't have a problem and successfully installed it.
I have recommended Bill to my friends and family, and I understand that they have further recommended him to their friends and family.

Bill is super responsive. He diagnosed the problem quickly, was able to explain to a lay person what was wrong, what he did to fix it, and it was ready in a couple of hours.
Also he realized his VISA charge device has charged sales tax twice, he immediately caught it, let me know, and sent me a check!

It was 4pm on a Friday afternoon. I called a couple places and found the appointment times would probably be no earlier than Monday. Then I called Bill because of his ratings on Angies List. He was able to start cleaning the malware out immediately by remote. It took 1 1/2 hours to get it all and I was on the phone with him the whole time. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism and highly recommend him.

Bill responded promptly to my inquiry and remotely determined the problem and resolved it (conflict with external hard drive back up). Additionally he provided clean up and "tune up" services. I was extremely pleased with his knowledge of PCs, professionalism, quick response and rapid resolution of the issue and charging only for time worked as opposed to flat fee to cover first hour or start of service.

He generally can access one's computer from his office. My issue required a visit to my office. He spent considerable time sorting out the problem and fixing it. He even left me with a couple of software programs that helps me to occasionally clean off my computer.
I experienced a couple of residual issues after he preformed his original services, and he fixed them at no additional cost.
I have recommended his service to friends who were also very pleased with the service.
I would definitely employ his services again!

Bill was great. I wanted a new computer, but I wanted to use as many components from my old one to spare expense. Bill listened, asked me some questions, then offered his own advise. What resulted was a great computer tailored to my needs. It was done on time and under budget. I plugged it in and it worked beautifully right away, no issues. I did have a minor setting wrong for my printer, but Bill was able to remotely access my computer, after he had my select that function, and had it taken care of in a few minutes. Bill is now my "go to" I.T. guy as well.
