Justin and Michael were great. Arrived on time, quickly found the problem, and charged were fair. The repairs were completed the next day. I would definitely call i5 plumbing again. Thank you for for fixing the water quickly.

Matt and Michael were great to work with! They helped install our new kitchen sink and it went without any complaints. They were there at the time they said. They quickly assessed the problem. And did a free estimate, no trip charge. They proceeded to fixed it lickety spilt.The charge for service was extremely reasonable. Also, very professional. Thanks!

My friend had gotten her roof done by I5 and I asked her how it went. She gave them a glowing report. Roofers are busy this time of year, but they managed to fit us in within 4 weeks. They did absolutely everything that needed to be done, including replacing a couple of of boards on the front of the house that had rotted. They went over anything they were going to do that was extra work, but there was no extra charge. We are very pleased with their work & customer service.

I called this company at a busy time of the year where it was tough for me to find someone to help me with this emergency roof leak. I couldn't have been more impressed with this company's service. Their appointment scheduler was friendly and knowledgeable, which is really important to me. They arrived on time, and were quickly able to diagnose the problem (incorrectly installed/aging flashing) which another highly rated roofing company had missed. They completed the repair quickly and it completely eliminated the leak. And the price they charged was fair. I would definitely hire them again if I ever needed to.

After getting through some of the problems that we did not initially have they got it done. Mostly satisfactory; the owner fixed the problem; he got the job done 99% correctly. The only thing I was unhappy about with was the two sheets of siding that they had to replace as well because of the leak; the guys who put it up they doesn't seem to care; they had to come back to re-side it because the job was done poorly but the owner came by and he got other people in and fix the problem.

The project was to start 6/2/2014 but started 6/9/2014. We were told it would only take 1 week when we initially went over all of the details; the project started 6/9/2014 and completed on 7/11/2014 with 1 1/2 weeks of no activity. There was a week of tile work alone. The first week went well, but not as fast as I had hoped. They did run into a little snag with plumbing issues that were not anticipated, which added an additional 1 1/2 days. Progress was moving forward for 1 person working on a 2 person job. The next week continued still with 1 person who knew how to do all phases(plumbing, tile work, carpentry, cabinetmaking). As the third week ended the work was still not complete, but they did get tub and shower tile finished so we could take a shower: this is our only shower. The vanity and sink and toilet were installed and functioning. The worker went on vacation 6/30-7/4, and I was told someone would be here to finish some trim work, grout work, backsplash around vanity and seal floor grout. This didn't happen. On 7/9 I contacted the supervisor I was working with to see when they would be over. I was told after 9. He didn't show, I contacted again and was notified after 12 that no one would be there because the worker was sick. Tuesday he was out sick also. Finally Wednesday he came out and was able to finish up all jobs. There was major frustration on many levels of this job, not only myself but also with everyone involved. I don't know what happened as the reviews were good, that is why we hired them.

"This bathroom turned out fantastic! It was set up for a 1 week remodel as the customer states. Also, in the contract there was language for dry rot repair and plumbing issues if they arose after the walls were torn out. This had both. We were set back over a week alone on plumbing and dry rot repair. Very unfortunate for all involved as we know it was a big inconvenience due to their shower situation. We did our best to accommodate them as quickly as possible."

I'm a cabinet builder and I built custom cabinets for last project that the kitchen was flooded and needed some of the cabinets to be replaced. I didn't like that Chad wouldn't be there with set appointment times. When I was there waiting for Chad to show up the customer would complain about other things they did that they were not happy with like paint job, door installation and other minor things. I gave him a price for me to just build the cabinets and ended up delivering and coming back a few times to adjust doors and drawers because his guys don't know how to install cabinets. As a contractor I would never work for Chad again because of that and because I still haven't received even a penny for the cabinets I built or the time I spent, also Chad never answers his phone or returns calls, and doesn't have an office to confront him at (address that he gave doesn't exist). As a customer I would never work with him either because of Quality and lack of expertise, unless you want a-lot of head ache and problems. I can't comment on his price because I just billed him for what I charge, I don't know what he up-charges.

"We will never hire Dream Line Cabinets again. [removed member name] was contracted to build 3 simple cabinets with doors. The construction was sub par to say the least. First off he did give an estimate to build the cabinets with the doors that our company would install. He did not deliver them, we picked them up at his shop after he found the different parts due to his shop being such a mess. He actually had kids that appeared to be about 12 in his shop working for him. One of these kids helped me load the cabinets. I think it is funny to say that [removed member name] even says in his review that he had to come and adjust the doors. These cabinets were so poorly built, this is why he had to perform so many adjustments. Finally, after talking with another cabinet shop, I had to take all the drawer fronts off and completely re-align all of the rails because the customer would not pay for such shotty work. After all of this I still agreed to pay [removed member name] the contract price and had a check sitting at the front desk at my office for more than a month. Because [removed member name] moves his shop around I did not have his current address. I even have text from him saying he is going to come pick up his check before the check expires because he knows it is there waiting. This is a classic case of there is always two sides to every story. Stay away from Dream Line Cabinets."

All the work done was of great quality. The crew was very pleasant and professional and very hard working. This company is a pleasure to work with. Communication was great from start to finish. Every thing promised was delievered. They went above and beyond to make us happy.

Drywall is perfect, door needed some tweeking. Made a mess and didn't clean it up. I complained and was immediately followed up with the owner, Chad. Heck of a nice guy, bent over backwards to make me happy, so much so that I hired him on the spot to build a deck! Couldn't be happier with the final results. Plan to hire them again this winter!!

We had a small house fire that started in a bedroom because of old ceiling heat wiring. Although the actual damage wasn't a huge area the damage that was caused by the fire hoses and the smoke that filled the house made the home unlivable. I 5 Restoration started work the next morning. They took care of everything for us. Met with our adjuster and made sure we were taken care of while we were living out of our home. They then worked 30 days straight to get us back into our home. Our adjuster estimated it would take weeks longer. They made sure that everything was done to ensure we would never again smell the smoke in our house. I didn't want my collectable items removed from my home. So I 5 Restoration arranged thru our adjuster to have Pods delivered in our driveway which they set up as storage and cleaning for all of our items in the home as everything smelled of smoke. They provided us with inventory sheets for all 200+ boxes that were packed out of our home. I knew where everything was, which box, etc. It was very helpful in putting my things back in place. They took great care with my antique furniture. Very professional, compassionate team of people.
