I'Deal was professional from start to finished. I had a possible leak from the motor of my edger and they did a thorough check to make sure no such leak existed. The price quoted over the phone was accurate and the lowest one I found in the Portland/Vancouver area. Work was completed in the promised timeframe. Very honest and conscientious owners.

 I was referred to them 20 years ago by my wifes grandmother who has been using them for years.  I took her lawn mower in approx. 15 years ago.  They repaired it at a resonable price and in a prompt and professional manner

They are good priced and do good work. They have a lot of experience and have been in business a long time.

I purchased a somewhat new "return" pressure washer from Lowes. After having issues keeping it running, I contacted warranty support and they gave me 3 names of vendors in my area. The 1st one was a bit further away, so I took my pressure washer down to I Deal. They are a very nice family-oriented business, very friendly people and the tech worked hard to track down the issue. They ended up having to replace the fuel tank. Everything fired right up at home, and it works fantastic now.

I HAVE USED I-DEAL BEFORE AND THEY ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. THEY REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF, TOO, AND APPEAR TO BE VERY REPUTABLE. I WON'T TAKE MY MANY ''TOYS'' ANYWHERE ELSE.

MY LAWN MOWER WAS GETTING HARDER AND HARDER TO GET STARTED AND WAS VERY TOUGH TO WORK WITH. I CALLED IDEAL AND GOT VERY GOOD SERVICE. IT WAS EARLY SPRING SO THEY WERE VERY BUSY BUT THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED AND DELIVERED AS PROMISED.
