The guy out front told me a price then when I disagreed he went to the back to talk to his boss, he came back and told me the boss accepted the discount. I tried to pay before the work was done but he wouldn't let me, he said it's bad practice to pay first...I would have seen the total at that point and stopped the work!
Mike the manager told me he used the same maintenance system as Firestone, I went to Firestone and they said "replace spark plugs at 100,000 miles"
So the manual, Ford dealer, Firestone and many other shops in town say 100,000 miles but Honest 1 says 60,000 mile...great for him bad for the customer.
